  • Calendar Events: Appointments, meetings, and scheduled activities you create or sync
  • Design Content: Graphics, templates, and creative content you create or save in the app

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
  • Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, and time spent in the App
  • Location Data: Your device's location when you grant permission, used to show nearby properties and provide location-based property searches
  • Log Data: Technical information such as IP address, browser type, access times, and error logs

1.3 Information from Device Permissions

With your explicit permission, we may access:

  • Calendar: To read and create calendar events for scheduling and syncing appointments
  • Contacts: To import contacts from your device into your CRM system
  • Photos/Media Library: To save and share property images, graphics, and design content
  • Camera: To take photos of properties and documents
  • Microphone: To capture voice commands for hands-free assistant features
  • Location Services: To provide location-based property searches and map features

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Firebase Services: Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Storage for secure data storage
  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption
  • Access Controls: Your data is only accessible to you and is protected by authentication and authorization controls
  • Secure Infrastructure: Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with regular security updates and monitoring

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your information:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage, and analytics services. See Google's Privacy Policy

  • MLS Data Providers: Property listing data from ACTRIS, SABOR, and other MLS sources
  • Backblaze B2: Media and file storage services

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information

  • Data Export: You can request a copy of your data by contacting us
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of certain data collection by adjusting your device or App settings

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App's services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
