Steps

  1. Enter your email — Use the address tied to your Agent Suite account.
  2. Optional reason — Helps us improve (optional).
  3. Confirm — Check the box to acknowledge this is permanent.
  4. Submit — We’ll email you within 24 hours.
  5. Deletion window — Data is removed within 30 days of your verified request.

Important

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data removed

  • Account: Profile, email, credentials
  • CRM: Contacts, notes, history
  • Calendar, properties, designs, messages, activity, settings, saved locations

Timeline

  • Requests processed within 30 days
  • Confirmation email when deletion is complete
  • Some anonymized analytics may be retained up to 90 days, not linked to your account

  • Financial records as required by law (often ~7 years)
  • Data required for legal compliance
  • Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
